Epoxy Floor Coatings
We have carried out epoxy floor coating over concrete floors in a variety of commercial and industrial applications such as in manufacturing plants, commercial and retail stores, industrial plants, warehouses, hospitals, showrooms, garages, airplane hangars, and more.
Epoxy Floor Screeds
Epoxy Resin Screed is typically applied at thicknesses between 2mm – 3mm for self-smoothing and 4mm – 6mm for trowel applied systems.
They provide a hard-wearing floor surface with excellent chemical, impact, and abrasion resistance, and are widely used in Engineering, Manufacturing, Print, Pharmaceutical, Warehouse, substations, and Distribution environments. Polyurethane Coatings
A polyurethane coating is a multifunctional coating. The coating makes floors fluid-tight, seamless, hard-wearing and dirt-repellent. Because of these properties, this type of coating has many applications in public buildings, workshops, showrooms and shops, offices and homes. Its also an ideal for coating floors in decks, car parking, storage facilities, and pedestrian areas.

Polyurethane Screeds
Ideal for use in demanding industrial spaces, as well as spaces requiring food grade flooring such as food factories, breweries and beverage production facilities, our heavy duty textured polyurethane screed options are designed to go the distance and stand up to even the toughest conditions with an easy to clean finish that can be steam cleaned. A range of floor surfacing products that are virtually indestructible in the heaviest and most aggressive industrial environments including chemical processing.
Chemical resistant to most chemical attacks – Excellent resistance to corrosive foodstuffs and aggressive cleaning solvents.
Abrasion-resistant – Food-safe; solvent-free, odourless, non-tainting and non-dusting.
Impact-resistant – High Impact resistance.
Slip-resistant – Slip resistant profile suitable for wet processing areas.

The Polyurethane screed we prefer and are approved applicators include Ucrete from MBCC, Purcem from Sika and PU Crete from Jotun.
Cementitious Self Leveling floors
Self-levelling concrete offers many advantages, including a brand-new look consisting of levelled surfaces. If the concrete you currently have is uneven, cracked or has varying elevations, then you need repair and resurfacing; self-levelling concrete is the answer.
This solution creates smooth and flat surfaces with high compressive strengths and is polymer-modified cement that doesn’t require large volumes of water for placement. When poured, it is in liquid form and a gauging tool spreads it in place. Not only can it be installed on top of concrete but on top of ceramic tile, wood, and plywood as well.
This leveling products are ideal to us used under tile of vinyl flooring and is used extensively in hospatibility and tourism projects. We have successfully carries out various such projects in Oman. It also is an excellent underlay for selfleveling epoxy or a decorative coating.
